• Bear Proof Deck

    A bear overwintered under our deck. Frank Manning, an expert, repaired the enclosure, installed an electric mat, and guaranteed a bear-free winter. He was courteous, timely, and creative.

  • Works Great

    We were having trouble with bears getting into our trash cans and we were constantly having to clean up the mess. We purchased trash cans, but they didn't work because the bear tore through the front of the can. Then we contacted Frank and he suggested the BearScat Trash Bin Lockers. I really like the top with hinges. It makes it so easy to put the trash in. Now everything is great and we couldn't be happier!

    We were having trouble with a bear accessing our fishpond stone and cement feeder and then the bear demolished the feeder so we called in Frank. He suggested an electric fence around the feeder and came by to install, but then he came up with an even better idea of an electric mat which would be more aesthetically pleasing. Since the mat was installed, we have never had a problem with a bear at the fish pond. Frank also provided us with a BearLox fastener for our garbage can which has worked now for six months.
